At Velvet Lift Co., we are committed to providing a high-quality fitness experience. Please review our refund policy before purchasing memberships, class packages, or services.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Memberships will remain active for the billing period selected and will renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with your membership agreement.

Class Packages

Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any expiration dates associated with class packages will be stated at the time of purchase.

Drop-In Classes

Drop-in class purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation, please refer to our cancellation policy for eligibility to reschedule.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Special Events & Workshops

Registration fees for special events, workshops, or promotional programs are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Velvet Lift Co.

Studio Cancellations

If Velvet Lift Co. cancels a class, session, or event, you will receive either a class credit, session credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Medical Exceptions

Requests for refunds due to medical circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.
